How to Provide Testnet Feedback

We have a dedicated 'Testnet' section in our Discord where the community will be able to submit UI/UX feedback and bug reports.

Bug Reporting Guide

When submitting a bug report, please open a ticket in the #ticket-support channel and use the following template.

1. Provide a short description of the issue.

Example: I can't make a deposit. After connecting my wallet I selected the 'make a deposit' button and entered the amount I wanted to deposit, but nothing happened afterwards and I didn't get a confirmation post.

2. Provide the steps to recreate the issue.

• Connect wallet

• Select 'Make a deposit'

• Enter an amount.

• Nothing happens.

3. Provide details about your environment:

Device: [e.g., iPhone 12, Windows PC]

OS/Browser: [e.g., iOS 16.2, Chrome v116]

Wallet: [e.g., MetaMask v10.33]

4. Provide screenshots

• Include any relevant images that might help us to understand your issue better.

5. Climb the leaderboard

• Get rewarded for your feedback and climb higherin the leaderboard.
